Last minute cancellations (after 48 hours notice ) will be charged 50% of appointment service cost, no shows are 100% of appointment service cost.

The Phoenix Lounge can be found along Harrogate’s prestigious Prince Albert Row. Situated in the heart of the North Yorkshire spa town, our relaxed, air conditioned hair and beauty salon offers a wide range of treatments to suit every need.
At The Phoenix Lounge we’re passionate about making our clients look and feel their best. From the moment they arrive, to receiving our high standard of service, our clients are guaranteed to feel pampered and relaxed.
We have a friendly team of highly qualified hair stylists, who specialise in bespoke colour services, hair-up styles and hair extensions. Alongside the hair stylists we have two experienced beauty therapists, offering the latest skincare and beauty treatments available in the industry.

Becky

Hi I’m Becky, business owner and Salon Director. I started in the hairdressing industry when I was 14, wher i worked as a Saturday girl. My love of the industry grew from there. When I left school, I had the privilege of working and training with one of the industry’s biggest companies. After building up my skills and experience I embarked on a new adventure, working on the cruise liners, in the hair salon, and travelling the world.
When I came back to Harrogate after having my two children, I had the opportunity to take over this beautiful salon, where we have created a relaxed, non judgemental all inclusive workspace. I offer all aspects of hairdressing on the salon floor including hair extentions and make-up. I am also a salon assessor, Label M ambassador, and London Fashion Week session stylist.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the cinema, spending time with my children and dog Patch. My passion is travel, visiting new places and creating memories.

Hi, I’m Alex, and I’m a stylist at The Phoenix Lounge. I am level 3 qualified and I love doing hair ups for special occasions and weddings. I also enjoy bright creative colouring, and my favourite cuts to do are bobs and heavily layered styles.
I have two beautiful children, and on my weekends we like to bake and play board games together.

Hi i’m Izzy and i’m a graduate stylist here at The Phoenix Lounge. I’ve loved every moment working here and meeting all the lovely clients. As I build up my own client base I can’t wait to keep welcoming new people to the salon. I enjoy all areas of hairdressing including hi lighting and doing bright colours, and well as styling long hair.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I always love a good night out 🙂

At The Phoenix Lounge we offer the latest Colouring and Cutting techniques including Balayage, Ombre and Fashion Toning. We are also proud stockists of brands such as Olplex and Kerastraight (a 3 month smoothing treatment).
Technical services also include the fitting of the highest quality Russian/Mongolian hair extensions.
Wedding packages including Bridal hair and make-up also available.

Samantha Şentürk has over 30 years experience working as a Senior Therapist and Spa Manager in both the UK and overseas. Having graduated in Beauty Therapy from Bradford and Ilkley College in 1990, Samantha developed her skills working at The Swiss Hotel in Istanbul( one of the Leading Hotels of the World) as well as the award winning Ragdale Hall in Leicestershire.
During Samantha’s career, she has continued to attend regular postgraduate training to ensure her clients are receiving the very best the Beauty Industry has to offer.
In 2010, Samantha attended an intensive course at the prestigious Thai Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Most recently, Samantha has completed both a CACI and an Environ course to offer the latest advances in non-surgical treatments that really make a visible difference to her clients skin.
